Meet the team - or should we say, family!
Fidelity is a family owned and managed company. Each one of us has an investment in the business and, as you can only get out what you put in, you can guarantee that the buck stops with us or else three seriously cute little boys and two dogs go hungry!
We have been in business for over 12 years. Simon and I started out providing graphic design, websites and video marketing in 1999 and later in 2005 we invested in own digital printing equipment. Emily joined the business in 2007 in customer services and now five years on we have a thriving, fast growing, ISO9001 certified family business.
The Company Principals
I am responsible for ensuring that customers and clients receive quotes and get their print jobs printed and delivered on time. I am the frontline for customer services and sales information.

MD & Business Development
I am responsible for ensuring the business runs smoothly and that we deliver the high quality products and service expected by our clients. I also manage Fidelity's business development and marketing including writing blogs, articles for publications and making videos about print.
The Hospitality Team
As head of security I take my job very seriously (when I am not lazing around in the sun).
I am responsible for welcoming customers into Ampthill Print Centre and keeping up staff morale by offering myself for ocassional ear tickles. I also like to make sure I get the staff out for a bit of fresh air at lunch time.
Simon and Louise's dog
In my role as head of waste disposal I am required to hoover up after staff luncheon. I also join Toby on security detail if and when I can be bothered to wake up or if it is a male customer. (Be warned)
