Instant Quotes Quick User Guide
This instant online quotations service is geared to provide you with quotes for short-run printing jobs. The quantity will vary depending upon the product you have chosen, it will quote business cards up to thousands whereas a multi-page brochure would only be cost effective up to a few hundred. If you think you will require a much higher print volume, then our Request a Quote service is better for you (please see overleaf).
To use Instant Quotes:
- Log in using your username and password. (Username will be your chosen email address at registration.) You can start your quote but you will be prompted to log in or register before the price is shown. (We will change this)
- Once you have successfully logged on, click your chosen product, situated on the right of the page and titled 'Instant Quotes'. When you select the product you require e.g. ‘brochures’ which will take you to a further screen where you can hone the product you require. In this case your choice is between a ‘4 page brochure’ and a ‘multi-page brochure’.
- Click through to your choice of product and then follow the on-screen directions that have been provided to help you complete the form fields that will set out your quote data.
- Once you have reached the quotation page and selected the quantity you require you also have three choices regarding how your artwork is supplied:
- Contact us about creating your artwork if you ticked the Artwork option
- Upload your artwork (see artwork specifications for greater detail) as a PDF. We have also provided an area for additional information which may help us with your file.
