This is a campaign where customers have flown with the airline and now the airline want to know what they think of them. Based upon what class they flew in they will see a different Welcome page, this campaign is to ask questions about the airline to improve their services but to also cleanse the data. The question ‘What do you look for in an airline?’ changes to thank you page the user will see.
