As a not for profit organisation run entirely by volunteers we sometimes provide ideas literally on the back of an envelope which Fidelity transform swiftly into a finished product. We have taken on more ambitious projects in the knowledge that they will provide an appropriately enhanced service across all areas to match our ambitions. I now use Fidelity in my workplace as well.
