Sending files and proofs

Artwork can be emailed to or you may contact us for a folder on our FTP system which accommodates larger files or non PDF transfers. We also recommend the use of file transfer services such as We Transfer who offer FREE services.

Once we have received your file we will process non PDF files to PDF and email you an PDF digital proof (additional charges may apply for PDF creation). You can opt to receive a printed digital proof if required or a post RIP proof.

Scan and Print Service

If you have flat artwork, photographs or transparencies that you would like to publish or print use our expert scanning and retouching service to turn you images into digital files and printed materials.

File check

Designed your own? Let us check your artwork file to ensure that you are not going to waste your money on a re-print.

Don’t know how to ready your file for press?

If you need help to ready your artwork file for press please contact us as we offer a WebEx service where we connect remotely to your computer and do it for you.

Don’t know how to create a PDF?

There are many FREE PDF creator services and softwares that you can install into your design software. PDF Online allow you to upload a file online and receive a PDF in return, whilst doPDF is a free downloadable software that allows you to output a PDF via your print settings. (We cannot take responsibility for your chosen service and the results, please do your own research)

*Adobe Photoshop

This is not a suitable software for creating print ready artwork as it is a photo editing and image creation software which is pixel based. If you are using it to create marketing materials, particularly if including text content, please ensure that your canvas is created to the intended print size and is 300dpi +. Also note PNG files are not intended for print. Your resulting print job may be blocky and pixelated and we cannot take any responsibility for this as our presses do print in incredibly high resolution so it will definitely be you.
