What personal information do we collect from you?

We may collect the following information for the purpose of supply you with a quotes, products and services:

Where is it stored?

  • In our Management Information System (MIS) for the purpose of supplying quotes, tracking job progress, invoicing and deliveries. Data is kept in-house on secure servers with active firewalls.
  • In our accountancy software for the purpose of managing your payments and our accounts.

What is the information used for?

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping
  • Sending quotes and receiving orders for goods and services
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services

We use a combination of legitimate interest and consent when collecting your data dependent on the data collection scenario and the extent of data and level of sensitivity of the data that you share with us. 

Purposes of marketing further information and services to you as a customer:

  • Your name, company and email may be kept in our email marketing platform and we may send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting. We will not email more than once a week per list. (Your data is currently processed under PECR ‘soft-opt in’ rules as we have a previous customer relationship with you. You can unsubscribe any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email newsletter).
  • We may use your address to mail you the information as above under legitimate interests of our business.
  • Positive reviews, comments or testimonials may be published via our website or held in external review websites. (External review sites are outside of our control and data entered needs to be entered and removed by the submitter).
  • We may advertise to you via your social media entity on the social media platforms.

Marketing to prospects:

  • Your name, company and email will be kept in our email marketing platform only if you have opted-in to our e-newsletter on our website or actively ticked to receive marketing from us when filling in a website form.
  • We may advertise to you via your social media entity on the social media platform.
  • From time to time we use tracking cookies to deliver re targeted reminders of your visit to our website via your search/browsing and social media.
  • We may buy your business data for the purpose of making you aware of our products and services via direct marketing under legitimate interests of our business.

How long will we hold your information?

  • Purchase history is kept indefinitely for your benefit and convenience when placing further orders to ensure continuity of specification, delivery and invoicing.
  • Artwork and digital assets are kept in relation to your orders indefinitely for your convenience of reordering. You may request removal or other suitable timescale. (Personal data held on behalf of you, the data controller, will be stored according to the data controller/data processor relationship set out in a specific service contract).

Who will your data be shared with?

Third parties

We will not share, sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.

The security of your data

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Marketing services

Email marketing

For email marketing we use Campaign Monitor, an email address management and message sending service provided by Freshview Pty Ltd. Some of your personal information will be stored on servers in the US, Australia and Germany and used by Campaign Monitor in Australia on our behalf to allow us to manage our email campaigns – Campaign Monitor do not use your information for their own purposes.

The following personal data is held: email, names and company name. This data is held for the purpose of sending email marketing and for monitoring performance of our campaigns including details of the opening of emails, forwarding of emails, the clicking of links within the email content, times, dates and frequency of activity [this is by no far a comprehensive list]. Subscribers are given the opportunity to unsubscribe at any time through an automated system. This process is detailed at the footer of each email campaign.

Our contract with Campaign Monitor includes European standard clauses to protect your personal information. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. Controlling your personal information

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

  • If you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that requires you to ‘opt-in’ to indicate that you do want your information to be used for direct marketing purposes. If you do not want to receive it please do not tick it and we will respect you choice.
  • If you receive email marketing newsletters from us and wish them to stop please use the link within the email unsubscribe here to remove yourself. Your name and email will be retained in an unsubscribe list to prevent you receive further mailings.
  • If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by writing to or emailing us at remove @ fidelityprint.co.uk.  Your details will however be retained in a suppression list to prevent you receiving further mailings.
  • You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the GDPR regulations 2018.
  • You also have the right to ask us to remove all data kept on you and we will willingly do so if requested with the exception of data held in a suppression list to ensure you do not receive further contact from us.
