1. Register with us
Once you have registered with us, confirming number of pupils, we will supply order forms for you to send home with the children’s artwork to encourage family and friends to buy their packs of cards.
2. Create your cards
Artwork should be created on A4 paper in portrait format.
Artwork should be a single flat sheet and not include glitter, shiny paper, layers or any small articles that may fall off inside the scanner.
Simple painted or drawn designs reproduce a better likeness when scanned.
Using coloured paper creates a better effect (which we can supply).
3mm of the design will be lost from all sides when it is printed so remember to keep away
from the edges!
3. Easy ordering
Simply collect orders and artwork, labelled with the supplied adhesive forms, along with payment from parents made out to your school. We supply a spreadsheet database for you to keep track of orders and payments. Just contact us when your full order and database is ready for us to collect, or deliver at your convenience. You do not need to send us any money at this stage.
4. Distribute your cards
We will produce your cards and deliver them to you for distribution to your pupils in good time for the Christmas post!
After delivering your cards we will send you an invoice for the total cards ordered less your funds
(£1 per pack ordered). You just send us a cheque for the balance within 30 days of invoice.
(Please do not send orders for which you have not received payment, or are likely not to, as you will still be invoiced for the full order regardless).
