You can be sure that the quality of our products and service will be of the highest standard. Fidelity is still firmly committed to the operation of a quality management system (QMS) inline with our previous certification to ISO9001 but are no longer independently audited and verified by a UKAS accredited certification body.
As a small company we found that the cost and time of certification outweighed the external benefits we enjoyed but we continue to benefit from the transformative processes we learned and applied to our business – making us outstanding amongst the very few other print production businesses in Bedfordshire.
Our 10 year commitment to ISO 9001 resulted in reduced risk for us and our customers, operational efficiencies, increased sales, higher return on assets and greater profitability. It has also helped to reduce waste and customer complaints. In fact, the whole process helps to increase customer satisfaction and retention – you won’t get that from a designer working from their bedroom or a ‘print’ company who buys your print on the internet for you (which is most of our local ‘competitors’).
